Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 1986.
Specialisation Master in Information technology Law from Esade, focusing on the civil – administrative aspect.
Preparation for official entrance exams for the judiciary over several years.
A member of the Official Bar Association of Madrid since 1994, and Oviedo since 1995.
She opened her offices in Madrid in 1994 and Asturias in 1995, continuing to work as an independent freelance lawyer up to the present.
Experience in managing groups of injured parties, organising platforms and collective defence.
Direction and defence in cases of expropriations, government ownership, disciplinary law, wilderness, mines, waters, hunting and fishing, natural spaces and environmental regulations, civil actions against the Government, offences under government and environmental regulations. Securing the annulment of Regional Government decrees.
All areas of Civil Law. Direction and defence in cases of ownership and possession, registries and mortgages, liens, contracts, inheritance, family, leaseholds.
Legal action at all government and jurisdictional levels, appeals for annulment and protection; also, petitions to the European Commission.
Participation in legal agreements and the drafting of regulations, defending the positions of certain sectors.
